Renault will show off a glimpse of its thinking for the Scenic segment with the new R-Space concept car at the 2011 Geneva motor show. The new-fangled Renault look as pioneered by incoming design chief Laurens van den Acker is present and correct: there’s a large diamond on the nose and heaps more character than the current MPV.
Honda's Urban SUV Concept has made its World Debut at the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). The concept measures in at 4,300mm - 228mm shorter than the CR-V - and is designed to be ideal for navigating in cities and on open mountain roads. Honda has said that it suggests the styling direction of an upcoming small SUV model that will launch in Japan at the end of 2013 and in the U.S.

The new VW Golf – the MK 7 – was revealed today in Berlin and we’ve got the first official photos ahead of VW’s official release. Looking more sophisticated than the current Golf, the new Golf is underpinned by VW’s MQB Platform – which also underpins the new Audi A3 and SEAT Leon – and comes in at up to 100kg less than the current Golf.
